Connie hit the ground running early on having fronted her own trio in local Jazz clubs since she was a young teen. With an unshakable work ethic and passion for the art, her career is bound to make its mark on the Jazz idiom. At just 21 years of age, Connie Han plays with the effervescence of a seasoned professional. In late 2015, Han released her well-received debut album The Richard Rodgers Songbook, which has made inroads in the US, UK, Japan, and other Jazz markets across the globe. In June 2016 she broke onto the west coast Jazz scene after releasing a video series, The Fraser Outtakes, via YouTube. This prompted a feature on the front page of the Jazz media website All Music Television alongside heavyweights Christian McBride, Billy Childs, and Quincy Jones. In August 2016 she performed at the second Annual Asian Heritage Jazz Festival on the same bill as Hiroshima member June Kuramoto and Phil Woods disciple Grace Kelly. In her time performing on the west coast, Han has cut her teeth with major Jazz personalities such as Walter Smith III, Bob Sheppard and Mike Clark.
